My husband and I have eaten here on a few occasions and had noticed a few issues with the cleanliness and service, but today was probably the worst by far. We decided to sit on the back patio since it was a nice day, and we almost thought that they had forgotten we were even outside waiting. The food came out pretty fast once we ordered, but our server never once checked to refill our drinks or even bring us our ticket when we were done. We also noticed a gentleman going back and forth from his vehicle to the shed and into the restaurant with boxes/bags of food to restock the kitchen. We assumed he was either a manager or owner, but were never greeted despite the fact that he walked by us numerous times and after I helped him when he nearly dropped an entire box of food on the ground trying to get into the building. On top of that, the food he pulled out of the vehicle was surrounding 2 dog crates WITH the animals inside. Not very sanitary from our perspective. The restrooms were a mess - the men's door even had a sign to knock because the lock was broken. We were baffled as to why there would be a sign instead of just spending $5 for a new lock? My husband also ended up getting sick after our meal, so we will definitely NOT be going to this location any longer but instead driving the few extra miles to the Elliston Pike or Berry Hill locations instead. We love the food...just not at this place!

My family has enjoyed this place on several occasions prior to today. My 12 yr old understandably doesnt like that kind of food so my wife was late because she went and got him a sub sandwich. When she walked in and before they waited on us ,all three employees started shaking their head in disgust because my son had a sub sandwich.I almost got up and left but our server was nice and never said a word about it because we had a total of four people. After we ate ,I proceeded to the counter to pay.A very rude female worker told me she needed our ticket. I told her we didnt have a ticket and she instructed me to go back and find it on our table. I told her we never got a ticket and she still insisted it was on our table without even finding our server to ask him about the ticket. He finally appears from the back and tells her he never gave us a ticket. After looking for our ticket for aprox 10 minutes, another employee had written something on the back of the ticket and had thrown it in the garbage can. This made the female employee even more irrataed than she already was. After getting my money of over fourty dollars for lunch after ten minutes of trying to find the ticket, she informed me that you cant bring food or drink into the establishment. I told her I could understand that if it was an adult but this was a 12 yr old kid and I thought they should be understanding of that. She rudely informed me that she didnt make the rules and it wasnt her problem. My family has spend alot of money in that restuarant but the way they treat customers like my family was unprofessional and outrageous. They were shaking there head at my kid when he first started eating his sandwich like he had done something wrong but didnt say anything about it until after they got our money!!!! We will never go back again!!!!!!

I've been to this location on three separate occasions, and the last time I visited this one the server was so rude I'll never go back. I've never not tipped in my life. When taking our order, the hipster waiter thought it would be funny to ridicule my wife for asking if the nachos were spicy. "It's implied [that they are spicy] because they're nachos," was the sarcastic retort. Nowhere on the menu riddled with labels such as "spicy!" or "hot" does it mention that the nachos are in spicy (and honestly, I would never think to assume nachos are spicy by definition, would you?). It does, however, say that there are jalapenos, which any considerate server would have offered to remove for those patrons looking for a more mild alternative.
Yeah, I've seen this type of server before. He's the guy who thinks it's funny to be a jerk to your face because you'll probably laugh it off and tip him well because you appreciate his lacadaisical candor and are shocked to giggles by his blatant rudeness. Only, that type of server, if he's good at being that type of server, knows how to please a guest who didn't appreciate the joke and will do anything to make it right. My wife didn't order, which was a clear indication that she was upset, and this server did not apologize nor suggest an alternative. Heck, he didn't even so much as refill her water.
I don't know about any of you, but when I go out to eat I expect my patronage to be appreciated. I respect servers: I know how much servers are paid in this state and I know how hard they work. I've never tipped less than five bucks regardless of my ticket total.
I certainly hope the management at this restaurant reins this guy in so that nobody else has to deal with his attitude. Or, he can go get a job at one of those novelty restaurants where people expect you to be rude. Either way, because of that one server, this place has lost my patronage and good word-of-mouth.
