I went for lunch on a Friday. Service and food were both terrific. I ordered the San Francisco Brisket sandwich and my lunch companion ordered the Sky Harbor Turkey. The sandwiches were so large we could have ordered one with an extra side and had plenty. As it was, we each ate half of both sandwiches. Both were amazing.

The textures in the turkey sandwich were an intriguing combination. The brisket was tender and flavorful and the sweet potato/apple/bacon salad was a real treat.

I would definitely go back.

Awesome place, a bit small but the food here is amazing. I would go for their mushroom dish, it is just cooked mushrooms and even though I am a meat eater and I could probably give up meat if I could have this mushroom dish all day. Quite possibly one of my favorite restaurants in Scottsdale.

Absolutely wonderful food. Short-ribs were amazing---literally melted in your mouth. The chopped salad was awesome as well--so fresh and all the flavors complemented each other nicely.

My family had a dinner in cowboy ciao and it was fine. The foods that they served were so delicious. I love their salad and a dish with a mushroom. The ambiance there were so nice.

The meals were great, short rib was amazing the mushroom dish was also very very good (get the smaller portion). That being said the waitstaff was ruff around the edges, inattentive, incompetent inviting. The prices were a little high but the food was worth the poor waiting

The "strange but fun" decor matches the "unusual entrees" at this "trendy" Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale spot where a "wine list you can lose yourself in" accompanies "unpretentious", "gourmet" New American fare like the "killer" chopped salad; a "knowledgeable" staff and "reasonable" prices further boost its appeal.
