07/15/2015 7:14 pmWe went to this cracker barrell on 7/14 around 9:30p we were served by Angela P (787898) she came up to my Fiance and I she gave us the meanest look and said do we want drink we used our please and thank you the whole time we were there she kept giving use shady looks and unpleasant services. We go to cracker barrell all the time this had got to be the worst service ever. When we were leaving the manager or supervisor named Bobby asked how was everything my Fiance said it was not the service we expected and he replied "okay cool" what kind of manager says that to their customers to make matters worst when we were there I could see him watching us looking over our table. Idk what kind of hospitality they have going on there but upper management needs to figure it out. |

04/21/2015 8:13 pmI have never been in a restaurant and felt like I did not belong there or treated like a common thief. This has happen twice at the restaurant, this time I was trying to give them a chance, but they fail. I felt like I was a thief. I was so angry I just paid for my dinner and left. As I was looking for some mints to buy a sales associate keep watching me, but never said can I help you. Every step I made she was right there. I work for a living and I have no desire to steal. This will be my last time return to this restaurant and I will not recommend. Again, there were a couple of other people viewing items, but the store clerk was watching me like a hawk. I mean every time I moved she was right there. I am so pissed right now because I have never been treated like this before. I am done with Cracker Barrel Store #535. |

03/25/2015 3:20 pmWhen you're looking for consistently good southern cooking, look no further than this Cracker Barrel. I'll start off with the store part - the store side has a pretty large variety of items to buy, from Tate's Cookies and Moon Pies, to classic TV shows on DVD and a talking parrot toy. The staff members at the store are always nice and helpful. Moving on to the restaurant, I'll start off with the biscuits, and boy are they good! They have a slight sweet taste and once you have one bite, you want to keep eating and eating them till you're out of biscuits. They don't even need any kind of jam, jelly, or butter spread, they're good to eat even plain. The pancakes here are also very good. They're medium sized and then with the 100% pure syrup, you can't go wrong with those, but of course you can't go wrong with their crispy bacon and scrambled eggs either. I've mostly tried the breakfast items on the menu, but for the few times I've had a lunch or dinner menu item, they're good too. The service here is usually pretty good, except sometimes the food can take a while and the most recent time I ate here for dinner (as of writing this review) we weren't given the breakfast menu, which I thought was odd that we had to ask for it even though breakfast is served all day. Overall, my experience has been consistently good here and I will of course return. |
