Very disappointing.... Wait time was ridiculous with tables empty....took forever to place the order.... Even longer to get our food... When food arrived it was cold. Asked for biscuits, told they were getting them NEVER got them. AWFUL SERVICE....

We almost didn't stop at this CB because of the negative reviews, but I was starving and took a risk. Cameron was our waiter and he was fabulous! The food was CB goodness and was fast!

Extremely slow, waited 30 mins to sit, then waited another hour for the food never to show up, finally got up and left.

We always stop at CB when traveling. Ordered salad and potato for lunch. 25 min later server said only one bsked potato available. OK just salad. Wanted to take home pie in way out. Sell by date 3 days earlier. Asked about service when checking out. Explained what happened. Response "sorry to hear that". Seriously? Rest rooms no toilet paper..... Will never return to this terrible CB. Poor management

There are no words to tell you how HORRIBLE this location is. I LOVE Cracker Barrel, but this one is an abomination. Order is wrong...food is cold...manager is an idiot. One visit our waiter was slamming down our plates and not refilling our drinks. ..the manager apologized and explained he was "having a bad day". Our food should have been free yet the manager didn't even offer. And we were too nice to demand it. Don't go here!!!!!!!!
