As always the food is very delish. Service happened to be extremely slow however.

Food was great! We had a large party and they did a terrible job of organizing the checks. Many were wrong and had to be fixed to the proper orders.

Awful. The service was mediocre at best and food was slow to get out. Waitress got my order wrong and then when I told her I received the wrong item, she argued with me. I have ordered the same thing from CB for 7 years, I think I know what I ordered. Plus, the chicken on the item they gave me was BURNED. I guess that's why it took so long. When I paid, the cashier mumbled her standard phrase of "everything ok today?". When I told her it wasn't and what happened, she just mildly said "I'm sorry". Oh yeah, you sound real concerned. Don't even ask if you could care less.

I visit the Cracker Barrel on 360 and Ave. K atleast 3 times a month but the events that occurred today will surely make me think twice about coming back. I felt racially profiled. After experiencing poor service from our single starred waiter named Ryan, he laid the bill in front of my boyfriend, who was paying for the entire party of 5. He paid the bill while everyone was finishing up their food. We left, mixed and mingled outside for 3-5 minutes then headed to our cars. As I was loading my 2 year old daughter into the car, the waiter, Ryan ran to my car and accused us of skipping out on the bill. He had a receipt in his hand and accused us of not paying it. So, I pulled the receipt from my purse and handed it to my boyfriend who politely explained to him that we paid. It was so embarrassing and cruel. It was obvious that he saw the color of our skin and decided that we were the culprit of such a robbery that warranted being confronted in the public parking lot. It's sad that in 2016, African Americans are still the number one target of racism, descrimnation and prejudice. Is Cracker Barrel just a Barrel of racist Crackers?

Best service I've had at a traditional restaurant in ten years! Be sure to ask for Drew, the best server at cracker barrel PERIOD! Awesome job buddy, prompt service, great food, actually brought out vinegar for my green. Superb hospitality! Great experience!
