This place is the bomb and it taste amazing

So my reason for a 1 star is the morning manager, Gabby,'s fault so CB can thank her for it.

My husband and I go to this CB every Thursday for our weekly breakfast date, even the cashier Isela know us there. Well, this morning their card readers were down apparently and Isela was trying to have Gabby come help but me and another 4 customers were waiting and waiting until she finally showed up.

When she did she began giving Isela attitude like it was her fault for the machines going down and was griping at her for not having pulled out the manual card reader and using it. First off, never talk down on or discipline an employee in front of customers, come on lady.

Then she had Isela document my card on the card reader, I quickly logged in online to be sure the card did not go through because the receipt with the card machine processed my card successfully the first time I ran it, it just did not print out the receipt or something popped up on their end making it seem as if it did not go through.

After logging in, according to my bank, the money had been drafted. Gabby quickly began to "assure" me that it not correct, after I'd shown her the online statement, and that the transaction will fall off because it was not successful... I told her that doesn't usually happen but she kept arguing with me.

So I told her I would be back and asking specifically for her if it gets processed twice. I ask for the receipt and Isela is about to give it to me but then Gabby takes it from her and she refuses to give me a receipt, again disciplining in front of a customer stating she needs it for their till. So she gives me the manual card reader receipt with no information whatsoever about my in-store purchase or any amount written on it.

It may not seem like a lot but Gabby was rude as hell and maybe she should have just stayed home today. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know. But what I do know is you don't gripe at an employee in front of customers, you certainly don't argue with them and refuse to give the receipt, and you don'g provide crappy customer service.

This will not keep us from going because everything else has always been great. Isela, we will see you next Thursday and hopefully Gabby is not there or if she is, in a better mood.

They were so considerate to warm my toilet seat before I ever sat down, this place is awesome hands down for that!!!! I can almost rest assured that I will never sit on a cold toilet seat here!!! Food service was horrible though

My colleague wanted to eat here, so I let him have his way after choosing the prior couple of days. It's average. the orange juice didn't seem fresh to me, it lacked flavor and that fresh taste.

The food was just ok.. nothing to write home about. My first time there, probably my last time there. Too many other good breakfast spots to try out.

Did not like the fish that nite and it's a rip off how much they give you. Service was ridiculous. Had to run down waitress for service. Debatable if I will ever come back. It used to be one of my Favorite places to eat. Longview is still good!
