A nice change from all the mainstream coffee shops in Omaha, really good coffee!

Well, I typically get my coffee every morning from this spot. The last two days something curdled or build up was in the bottom of my coffee, the color of the curds are white. I called to ask how they make my coffee and told them I buy it every morning. She proceeded to tell me the procedure (in a patronizing tone). I told her something is curdled in the bottom of my cup and I'm not sure what this is. Okay I have worked in customer service and food, this is the point where you apologize and offer some sort of coupon or discount to make it right. She proceeded to tell me, "I don't know what to tell you, our milk is fine." So I laughed because that was nervy and I couldn't believe those are her customer service skills. I've been a customer for almost 7 years. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I feel this is too gross not to inform others.

The best coffee to my taste buds. Very friendly staff.

Nice atmosphere. Caffredo- blended ice, espresso, milk is basically all sugar or tastes that way. Go to scooters in Old market.

Could use more food choices other than a microwaved breakfast sandwich. Just came to see entertainment on a Friday night.
