Crazy Pita, Henderson, Nevada Restaurant Details

I stopped by here for the first time today for lunch. The restaurant is a small restaurant with some additional tables and umbrellas outside. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the display of shirts for sale. I ordered a falafel pita with fries. The gave us a number, and we took a table outside in the shade. My lunch arrived a few minutes later on a 3 section plate - one section pita, one section fries, and one section filled with ketchup. bleh! The pita was OK. It had a lot of dice cucumber in it. Not the best pita that I've had, but not the worst either. It was just OK.

This was hands down THE BEST service I've ever had at a restaurant ever! I was blown away. We arrived with extended family with a number of small (annoying) children. The manager couldn't have been more hospitable. He offered free drinks to our kids before we even started ordering. He was extremely and genuinely personable and friendly. He didn't mind our 2-year-old playing with some of their merchandise for sale (despite our efforts to keep him away).

While ordering my wife mentioned she couldn't decide between two dishes she's never tried before. She ordered one, but after they brought our food out, they brought her a small order of the other dish, again gratis, just so she could taste both.

My sister-in-law considered some baklava, but didn't order it. As we were leaving the manager ran some out to her, again on the house. The free food cost them a few dollars, but it was priceless to our experience there.

By the way, I should mention that the food was excellent. We tried many different items and found the quality and flavor to be top-notch! I wish I lived here. Even whenever I pass through, they won customers for life!

They make a great shrimp pita. They even customize it so I can have it without the peppers (I'm allergic). great place to pick up and take on a picnic too.
