Crowne Plaza Hotels, Arlington, Virginia Restaurant Details

Food:

Solid hotel experience. Everything has been nice. Only problem is when a neighbor closed their room door it would shake my room's wall. Minor thing overall. Would recommend

Very nice hotel. Large clean rooms. Pleasant staff, easy parking situation and reasonable rates on park and fly. Only down side was they only had an outdoor pool. The kids were disappointed. Definitely would stay again.

Love this hotel because of its location. It is right next to one of the train stations and the Crystal City shops as well as a large selection of restaurants. If you are a runner there is a great running track that starts across the street from the hotel. Staff is very friendly , rooms are comfortable and clean. It is not far at all from the memorials and historic buildings. Only complaint I have is the airport shuttle can take forever to get to the airport to pick you up

The person that took my reservation mispelled my name and added me to membership club when I specifically told her not to about a thousand times. She also failed to mention that wifi was not free of charge as well as the mini firdge until after she charged my card. I have been trying to correct all her mistakes for the past three hours and nothing has been corrected! This hotel has already wasted my time and I havent even gotten there! I spoke to that person supervisor and she was totally rude! She completely contradicted her employee and was giving me attitude when responding to my confusion created by her employee. I now have a reservation with a mispelled name and now am being told that they can not correct it once it is submitted! They can not correct something they made a mistake on! Im supposed to reimbursed for this stay and will encounter issues if my name is not spelled correctly! I already want my money back! Rude staff! Unprofessional! I dont want to stay here!

Stuck in the DC blizzard but the staff here at the Crowne Plaza in Crystal City has been very accommodating. My room is dated, the a/c unit below the window is noisy, but the bed and pillows are nice. Firm mattress, nice, fluffy but supportive pillows. Good water pressure. TV (some) here is still analog??? Lol. For our nation's capital I guess I expected everything to be fancy dancy. Then again, I'm from Oklahoma where the buffalos roam and the casinos are taking over. Anyways, the food at the restaurant is good. Entrees are $12-$25 and the breakfast buffet is $15. A little pricy if you ask me, but not grossly. All in all I'm thankful for the warm place to sleep until The airport fires back up.
