Crusader Oceanfront Resort, Wildwood, New Jersey Restaurant Details

We only had a short stay at the Crusader, but we had an enjoyable time. We found the room (3rd floor with ocean & pool view) to be perfect for our party of six and the support staff to be very accomodating and helpful. Though we only used the restaurant for take-out, the food was very good. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. This is our first year here as a family. Very clean, nice pool, good service. The restaurant downstairs has a good menu and is reasonably priced.

One star off for still having old CRT 19" televisions. Time to ditch the picture tubes for some flat panels. Designating certain sections of the pool deck and outside patio for smoking would be nice too, keep the smoke away from the non-smokers.

The front staff was very pleasant, the room was in good condition and very clean. Location was great too, close enough to walk to the boardwalk.

Maid left our door unlocked after leaving, arrogant and uncaring service, was stuck in a staircase with my luggage around 4AM because the reception clerk was taking a walk for at least 20 minutes and has left a single access out on the other side of the hotel, AFAIK against fire safety regulations. He didn't even think of leaving a notice on the stairway's glass door...
