The management is terrible. Every single time I come here nobody has time to take my order and takes forever to even acknowledge me. Even when it isn't busy they take their time and the order doesnt come out right. Who ever they hired to run this terribly ran down piece of work on the side of central should reconsider how it affects business. I drove off after waiting a minute and a half to be acknowledged. This place is ridiculous.

The dirtiest Dairy Queen I have ever been to in my entire life filthy! Rude, unsanitary staff. Eat at your own risk!

This is literally the worst dairy queen ever. The service is horrendous and suuuuuper slow. The people who work there act like they literally do not care about anything but getting back to their conversation. Even the food when presented shows the level of enthusiasm these people share working there.

And lets not get started about the wait. Sure DQ employees, I do have all day for you to not move with a sense of purpose when your busy. Congrats, your literally the worst in the city with wait time. That would be fine if this was a Spears or Denny's as to where your customer base was over the hill X2, and it takes 30mins to just get from the car to inside, but its not. It's disappointing is what it is.

I love the food however. So that earned an extra star. I don't think you can screw up dairy queen food. Just sucks it always takes forever to get it and when you do its with a side of "Thank you don't come again".

West Sideeeee Wichita Dairy Queen, you have taken all the fun out of going to dairy queen with your friends, family or after a game.

This store is very poorly managed. They are often out of essential ingredients and their julius machine is usually not working. My mom wanted an ice cream cake for her birthday and they were out of cakes.
