Bought two blizzards, When I got them home both had a solvent taste. Called the DQ and said I wanted refund. They said OK so I drove over. On the way DQ called and said all they would do is replace them (yeah, I wanted more solvent tasting crap), I said no and that all I wanted was my money back (about $8.00). The guy said he was the manager and to not waste my gas coming back. DO NOT buy from this place. They may clean their equipment but not very well. I complained to their corporate offices and got the standard apology letter thanking me for letting them know. But no offer to settle the problem. This is a Real Customer Oriented establishment.

Even though we were there shortly before the lobby closed, the service was still friendly our sandwich was hot and fresh, and our blizzards were cold, chock full of toppings...and served upside down.

However, I had to wait at least thirty seconds for my small Orange Julius...so the manager handed me a medium for the price of a small!

The food was hot fresh and the oreo brownie earthquake was amazing!!! I can't get enough for sure....
