Do not eat here or be very very wary of your food. I ordered an oven bake and was given uncooked bacon through the drive thru. I was livid when I arrived home. I called and the person that answered told me she was in charge, once she heard my complaint and anger she quickly passed it on to the shift manager Irene. Once on the phone she was not apologetic nor was she trying to grasp the severity of my situation. Her lame excuses included: this is a new process for us, it is an unfamiliar machine and utter silence. This is all before ever hearing a simple "I'm sorry sir". There is no excuse for this. Jaime Sanchez is the general manager, you need to train your staff and train your management to handle these situations better. Irene was very apologetic once my wife and I trained her on what she should be saying. When she saw my sandwich her face was full of disgust. Please see pictures I posted.
