Dairy Queen, Henderson, Nevada Restaurant Details

Food:

Came here at 11am and the guy behind the counter just yells "were closed". Fix your hours listed. Also if your going to close the place, lock the doors. He said " we open in 10 minutes". Just serve us now instead of making us wait ten minutes to deal with your rude self.

I called regarding a cake I ordered. The young guy, Collin, who answered the phone told me to call back in 30 minutes because they were extremely busy and then hung up on me while I was still talking.
I called at 9:22 pm by the way. They do close at 10. Just adding that comment in response to the below questions about what time they close. Dairy Queen used to be such a great place! I'm sad this place has bad customer service.

Cockroach on floor, every table dirty, employees unprofessional and not wearing uniforms. Smelled of old grease, not a clean restaurant. I was the only customer, while there were four employees who were too busy flirting with each other to bother to clean. The manager did not know how to use the cash register properly and they could not even make a dipped cone correctly.

I pulled up at 9:30 pm tonight and they were closed. They had they chairs up and there was even someone inside who was just ordering. It says online that they are open till 10. The most disappointing part of it all was that tonight was the donate $1 for every blizzard sold to cancer research. What a let down.
