Up until recently this was a good location, but the last two trips have been really bad. The last time my wife and I ordered blizzards, and neither one was close to being right. She ordered a medium and I ordered a large and they both came out in the same size. They got that corrected and then we noticed neither one was what we ordered. The counter girl argued with us that it was right but changed it anyway, but although it wasn't right, it was different. Today we tried again with similar results. My wife ordered a chocolate blast blizzard, and what she got had no chocolate at all. I ordered a french vanilla shake and got some kind of blizzard with chocolate and cookie pieces. We just gave up and left

Horrible drive-thru service and my order has been wrong several times. The girl at the drive-thru was rude. She should just wear a shirt that says I hate my job and the customers.

Good food. Fast service is one of the most valuable positive sides. I always manage to find time to pass by and grab a bite from here.

I really like dairy queen s food,great onion rings, etc. but the drive-thru is horrible!!! The service at the window was rude also. Don t eat there often because of it.....

Horrible service. I couldn't understand what was said at all and the order was wrong twice.... then the food was dropped and wouldn't give a refund
