03/10/2016 10:11 pmI have eaten at this Dairy Queen a number of times. It is a wonderful place to eat and enjoy friends. I visit San Antonio once each year in February, and always look forward to returning to this Dairy Queen. I look forward to my visit as the people are very friendly and welcoming. There is a lady who takes orders and a gentleman, I believe called Buddy who have worked here for number of years. They go well beyond the call of duty to make sure your visit is enjoyable. Many thanks to both! Did I mention, the food is great! Thank you much! You each make each customer's day brighter! |

02/16/2016 2:38 amThe food is very expensive, for the quality of food they give you. Three times in a row now, (3 strikes and you're out!!) I have been dissatisfied with my order's from this store. The first time, my Smoothie was way too watery. The second time they poured way too much chocolate syrup, into my mocha moolatte. It was as if they had poured, half a bottle of hershey's syrup, into a cup, and blended it. If I had wanted that, I would have ordered the Georgia Mud Fudge, or Chocolate Xtreme. The burger I ordered with it, had no cheese on it, as I had ordered, and paid for. The 3rd strike was when I paid $14, for one burger, and one meal only to get two burger's slapped together, one of which had so much mustard, you couldn't taste anything else but that. The fries were very much burned, tasted as if they were cooked in old oil, and had something that resembled a breaded nugget, inside the box. |

01/07/2016 12:23 amJust went through the drive through and got the $6 Texas deal with burgers, fries, drinks and blizzards. I was confused at first when she turned the blizzard upside down lol.. my son used to work there though and I guess they do that to show you it's a good thickness or something. Everything was awesome! |

09/21/2015 6:10 amI was having stomach issues so I use the restroom first. I was in there a grand total of 15 mins. I also just got off of work and was waiting for others to join me so I sat down to wait for them. 5 mins later the manager asks me to leave. I told him that I know he remembered me from dinning in there the past 2 days and asked why I had to leave. I told him I was early for meal I was having and he didn't care. After which he accused me of being a drug addict simply because i was in the restroom for 15 mins. and that I can't "just stay here" I can understand if I was chillin there for an hour without ordering, or even if I appeared intoxicated but I was literally sitting for 5 minutes!!!. But because i looked dirty from work and used the restroom he lost business from about 15 hungry guys from my work. |

05/26/2015 3:21 amExtremely disappointed with my visit. The service was rushed and unfriendly. Not once was there a "Hi, how are you?" "Thank you." "Your change is..." Not one word was said to me by the cashier. To top it off, my blizzard was not turned upside down when it was given to me (which I know is Dairy Queen protocol, as a former employee) and it was not flipped upside down because it was given to me melted. I couldn't eat my blizzard because it was ice cream soup. Not acceptable. Money is too precious to be wasted on somebody else's laziness. |
