Really enjoyed the steak and cake. The waitress was great too. The glasses are too small though

If i could give less stars, I would. We started out waiting 10 minutes to be greeted and seated. There were available seats everywhere. Was not crowded at all. Took 10 minutes to get a drink order, a drink order! Should have ordered food when we ordered drinks. People that were seated before us were getting their food, also. It took 50 minutes for the food to finally arrive. Should have just paid for the drinks and left. The food was cold and terrible. To top it all off, I have been waking up several times the same night with horrible gas and diaherra. Please, people. Dont go here. This place needs to be shutdown immediately. Terrible food and terrible service. Save your wallet some money, save your family from the aftermath of this terrible food. I would rather have 2 day old hot dog from a truck stop in the middle of nowhere that to give this establishment my time and money again. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We have eaten there for years and it was ok, but the other night right off I noticed the menus had changes I asked for fried green tomatoes for appetizer and we got three little slices of tomatoes very small. I got the fried catfish and when it came it was around three two ounce catfish fillet it had two bites of meat in the center of the cat fish and all of the other parts was so fried so crunchy because it was so thin it could not have been eaten.I got a small dish of coleslaw and it had two bites in the dish and the top of the slaw had been raked off with t knife giving you two bites and the slaw had to be given back for something because it was nothing but raw vegetables-with a little mayo on then not much. my wife got turkey and dressing and the turkey was sliced so thin you could see through it and she only got two table soon of corn bread dressing a very small portion like a child. the desert was pecan pie I told my wife the way the dinner had been going with the portions so small that you pie would be like one inch across 2 inches long and three bites and it was gone and we had to take back the potato because it was cold and would not even melt the butter. so I had to wait for another potato that was over cook turning brow unreal The service was so bad never one did we get refills on water and I ha to go get the waiter several times we will not be back ever give this place 6 months to a year and keep serving food this way it will be shut down Sorry it was very bad place to eat

It was absolutely the best seafood meal I've ever had and our food was served not long after it was ordered. Waitress was courteous, kind and attentive. It was our first time there, and we definitely will return every time we stay in Birmingham.
