Dave & Buster's, Jacksonville, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

Went there on the 4th today. Brung my family of 4 there. Wife was jump by 6 black women when leaving. I had to stop the jumping with several other guest. General manager Monti was slow to react to help stop the fight. My wife and I kept getting punch. Until finally he told them to leave. Not a safe place for family.

Food:

I tried booking a party; one word: FAIL. I tried contacting them multiple times and received no reply back. We decided to still go and the service was great, except for the cold fries. We then went to play games and every game station we went to were out of tickets and there was no one to help anywhere on the game floor. It's a fun place with great food and games, but the customer service could use some improvements.

Food:

Foods always great just get there way early or way later on at night on the weekends unless you want to wait for 60 min plus. The Philly burger is AMAZING!

Our server RYAN was awesome! He kept the drinks flowing and was quick witted which was perfect for my family, and the manager Heather was quick to resolve the small problem we encountered. A great time was had by all! Can't wait to come back!

Its was an amazing, fun, family friendly resturant with great food and games. I've been a proud supporter of this D&B location since 2006. I currently hold record of winning 32k tickets in 4 hours. I am a living legend there, lol; I can't wait for my next visit!!
