Davinci's Gourmet Pizza, Nashville, Tennessee, Italian Restaurant Details

Extremely poor service and attention to details. Ordered very expensive specialty pizza and they 'accidently' lost it. ????? The painful part were the expensive ingredients that I brought from home. Of course they were on the 'lost' pizza.
While waiting for my 'lost' pizza, approximately 1 hour, I had time to watch them wait on customers. Not much interactions or eye contact with customers. Just a lot of running around delivering pizza's. I probably watched mine being delivered to someone else. This impression was clearly made before I was aware that mine was 'lost'.
Well, live and learn that advertising of a restaurant's service and product delivery can be misleading. There are other places in Nashville that will give service to match their prices.

This is our all time favorite pizza, and we've tried pizza all over the country. Don't miss it.! The pie is loaded with flavor and our guests always request to go to Da Vinci's when they're in town, to enjoy this pie again.

I experienced great service last night. Our server made thoughtful suggestions and went out of his way to accommodate us. The food was great and I love the atmosphere.
