Delicious Italian Food and Desserts! Portions are on the smaller side, but filling and the food was excellent! I loved it! Also has nice patio seating.

Fantastic. I loved the entire experience. The restaurant interior was very homey and was great to people watch. Lots of local Washingtonians come here and the staff is very efficient. I started off my night with a vodka on the rocks and red wine. The drinks were excellent and the vodka on the rocks was effective and strong. The special salad of the day was a great choice and the steamed artichoke heart was a great appetizer. I had the veil entree, very tasty! I wished there was more food on the entree. It was served with sautéed vegetables and steamed vegetables. Excellent food and a great restaurant for a date, birthday or to catch up with friends.

I am the chair of the events committee of a local non-profit that provides a range of services to a group of around 100 neighborhood seniors . We organize regular lunches for our members and well as social gatherings for the volunteers who provide those services. We have arranged several member lunches at DeCarlos and have been most impressed by the manager Abdi and his staff. The last event was a Valentine's lunch for 40 members. There was a wide choice of starters, entrees and desserts with wine all for a very reasonable fixed price. The back room was very tastefully decorated and lit with candles. The service was very professional and attentive. The food was excellent and the choices good. Abdi had obviously worked hard to ensure success and everybody had an excellent time.

The volunteer appreciation happy hours are also very popular at this restaurant and the bar snacks are top notch - much better quality than some other local establishments that we have tried.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a classy venue for a group event.

We go here all the time. Pasta is all awesome. Service can be a bit slow has been very prompt lately. Will continue to dine here for years to come.

DeCarlo's has long been that very special place for us and always pleases whether a intimate dinner or a gathering. I am currently planning another dinner party of size. Soft Crabs Sautee alone are worth a visit and DeCarlo's soups stand out. Tangarine sorbet shines as a closing act.
