I am Michelle Smiths mother She is a great waitress and never rude and I have a PFA against Chris Gennett and is his way of getting back at me.

Michelle Smith was my waitress and she was very rude disrespectful and had no manners and she was constantly shaking your head back and forth wobbly and she was grinding her teeth which indicated that she was still using meth if Defazio's will employ a meth head who also smokes pot what other kind of trash do they have there

A Wichita classic. The best Italian restaurant in Wichita. Closed on Mondays and expect s wait whenever you go. No losers here though, manicotti, sandwiches, pizza, it's all good. Zeppi's for dessert as well.

Cockroaches

While the food was good and the waitress was friendly, I have a concern. My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant and while we were eating our salads, awaiting our food, I observed a COCKROACH crawling on the wall at our booth. I took off my sandal to kill the bug (not typical dining activity) and awaited the waitress. While waiting, I observed a SECOND COCKROACH crawling on the wall at our booth. I repeated the above action. When the waitress arrived I informed her of the problem. I did not however want to move to a different seat as I was quite fond of where we were sitting. I kindly recommended she inform the manager. At this point, I expected the manager to come out and apologize for the incident, however this never happened. When I brought our ticket to the register for payment I also expected a discount for this incident, but there was no discount. At this point, I was too tired to deal with it so I payed full price. I generally only leave reviews when I have a good experience, however this incident has been particularly troublesome to me. I feel the least the manager should have done would have been to personally apologize for the incident and offer a discount on the meal. This event occurred on Friday evening 5/1/2015.
