I went here to order the large fried chicken sandwich you see on TV. The server that was delivering the food to cars was smoking a cigarette and looked like she was on crack, while delivering the food. The place looked dirty and for me, that's a no-go. Avoid this place.

Don't go here or the one on Agnew, prices are way too high, food quality is poor, service is bad, and they all look like drug addicts

Del Rancho has decided to make their fortune off of selling 1 hamburger or 1 steak sandwich supreme off of 1 customer, For the first time in my life I ordered a Steak Sandwich Supreme at SW 59th and S. Santa Fe, OKC and got home to eat it and sure the meat was hanging off the bun as usual but the bun was half the size it use to be, This is first time I ever eat a Del Rancho Steak Sandwich Supreme and still be Hungry, $6.99 and it was awful!!!

At this Rate Del Rancho will be going out of business real soon, If they continue on this course of self destruction I give them a Year!

If I was marketing Del Rancho I would cut the prices 45% on everything on the menu and with in a year there would be a traffic jam in front of every Del Rancho with New Franchises opening up every where, I would go back to what made Del Rancho famous, Great Food With Great Service!

If Del Rancho thinks they can get away with raising the price on everything on their menu while offering less food with no service, All I can Say is, Thanks for the Memory and Goodbye because I won't be seeing You anymore!!!

Steak sandwich supreme is great, Frito Chili Pie is awesome but their Chef Salads are to die for!!! Their Ranch dressing just tops it off to the perfect flavor. I never eat inside, always get our food to go. (it's run down & dirty)

DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO THE ONE ON AGNEW AND 59TH, just down the street!! Much better service.
This place needs to be shut down or have a complete new crew hired. They are horrible at customer service. We went in to dine in the little area where we usually go, mind you we hadn't been since they remodeled the place a few months ago, and they COMPLETELY ignored us for the 5 minutes we stood there, did not even bother to say hello, not one word. They just kept on talking amongst each other, and there were NO OTHER customers, not even outside. It was extremely slow. We tried to order from the outside as well and after we pushed the button they took over 5 minutes to answer with again, no other customers and I watched the little crack monkeys in there talking the whole time. All the workers look like druggies and not to mention it was dirty and unkempt. No joke. Go somewhere else.
