02/26/2015 1:40 pmEvery single time I have used this service they have either been horribly late or have delivered the wrong food or was missing part of the order. I have used the three times in the last two years and this is the third strike, I will never be using them again. They quote you long times (at least an hour), however the actual times are double that. And when you call to complain or cancel your order they only offer a $5 credit. Always a $5 credit, no matter if your food was an hour late or they failed to deliver an entire large pizza from Hillside. And the $5 credit is on your NEXT order, not the order they messed up. How can I used the credit if the service is so horrible I will never use it again!?! The restaurants they service are amazing! They should do their good businesses and good food justice by ceasing to work with this horrible service. |

01/29/2015 1:54 pmIf only I could give this place zero stars. These geniuses delivered something to my workplace, using the wrong name to begin with. They didn't listen when I said the recipient wasn't working here today. After I gave them two other delivery options (like going to the person's house right down the road) they still just left the perishable items (cake, flowers) without anyone's permission and took off. WTF. So I had to call Delivery Express. The manager said, whatever, she's got a business to run. Nice customer service. An owner eventually called back, still trying to defend their crappy business model of "Drop it Off Anywhere." Wow, absolute idiots. They take no responsibility for making the right delivery. |

01/07/2015 1:04 pmI think for the cost of them delivering your stuff you will be better off getting it from somewhere that will deliver from their restaurant. There is a fee for the delivery and to tip the driver (which is fair) however if you are ordering lunch its like 5-10 and it turns into a 20 lunch bill. |

12/13/2010 1:59 amDelivery Express seems like it could be good - if you want something that isn't available through delivery. But, when my food arrived, it was the wrong food (I couldn't eat it, I was allergic to something that was in it), I was overcharged, and they wouldn't return it or give me my money back. I overpaid for something I couldn't even eat. Also, my friend's food didn't even come in the order. They figured, since they never charged me, it didn't matter. But, ultimately, this was a bad choice. Just order from somewhere else (ANYWHERE ELSE). Next time, I'll know better. All of the people who witnessed it have sworn off the service as well. I've ordered a lot of food in my time. This was the worst delivery experience ever. |
