I found my new favorite Denny's! I'm sure other people had bad experiences but I was blown away today. The server lady was amazing. We had 5 kids all yelling and screaming but she was very patient with our party. We never had to ask for refill because as soon as the drinks were empty the server would beat us to it. Very friendly people and great food. Cherry on top was the music choice. Motown and oldies. My new favorite Denny's!!

Smells and is very dirty, food on wall's that looks like boogers, hate this place. every 6 mo I go to give it another try and the place stinks like old wet carpets. Forks and cups are dirty. Walls have literally what looks like boogers and food. It literally haunts me. Keep it clean for god sakes.

For the longest that I remember me and my family have always gone to Denny’s to eat on Sunday mornings right after mass. We used to go to one closest to our house but that one got closed down, so we started going to a Denny’s close to our church. Denny’s has great food overall and that’s why we go every Sunday morning and Denny’s is always our first option. Ever since I went to Denny’s it has always been busy and the waits are long, but is it really worth the wait? Yes it is!
Denny’s has some strengths in the company in general and at this particular place. The main strengths of the service are the food is good, it’s affordable, and the restaurants have been remodeled over the years. Starting with the food, overall it’s delicious and it doesn't make me or my family sick. My favorite food to order is the moons over my hammy or the sampler. The next strength is that the food is affordable for any social class, in my opinion. A beverage will cost you somewhere around $3 and a food plate will cost you between $2 to $15, so the prices are decent for the quality of the food. What I like about Denny’s is the new look they have added to it. In all of the Denny’s restaurants they have this feeling you get like if you were in a house, or cabin. Due to the positive aspects but at this specific place.
The main weaknesses of the service are, rude waiters, and furniture needs to be replaced. The last few times that I've gone to this place, I have gotten nothing but really rude waiters. For example, we ordered another cup of coffee and lemonade and the lady just turned away before we told her about the lemonade and to finish it off she took so long to bring the coffee that we had finished our food. The next week after that we got seated in a table far in the corner and that day it was raining. The problem was that there was a roof leak right behind us and since the table was in the corner our waiter would take forever to come to us, I think she was the only one assigned to that spot so everyone was telling her to get more of this or that and she rarely came our way. After I saw the roof leak I was concerned if the food I was eating was clean, dirty, or expired. Maybe they should hire better waiters, because most of them look like they don’t like their job. I’m just disappointed to see this happening when their potential of success could be better, maybe starting with improving their customer service. Due to these negative aspects me and my family have moved on and we have gone to different restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and IHOP and the service at Cheesecake Factory is outstanding.
My general opinion of the service is that for now its not the best and I don’t want to go back to that place or any Denny’s because there are other restaurants out there that beat their service. At the moment I do not recommend to go to Denny’s at least not this location based on the bad service I've gotten and also there are other options to choose from. So the bottom line or the final grade I give this place is a D, a thumbs down, I’m just disappointed on the service and I haven’t had any desires to go back.

I wont be back at this Dennys. Would rather drive to another location. On my last visit lots of teens from chain reaction were there too. We were sat right next to some loud, dirty gross, cigarett smelling kids. They kept burping and farting and being annoying. Two guys one girl super annoying. Employees did nothing about it and i couldn't wait to leave. Then their server comes and tells them they couldnt share a drink. Two guys one girl, one drink thats nasty. Anyway our food was poor quality on top of it all. My kids macaroni was burnt and stuck together. I dont even know why i payed.
