Terrible customer service in the evening. I tried for thirty minutes to place a call in order. This has been twice on a Saturday evening at 8 pm. ,know one picked up the phone. Finally I went up there to find all employees in the back,except an employees(Ted).Thanks also to a young man(African American)who had been only been working there for 3 days, who took my order. Ms. Ezneth(not sure I spelled her name write ) she needs to be fired. The worst case of poor service I have seen and I have traveled to 40 states .

I just love this place always have fresh coffee exelent service, and the food is really good.

Food was horrible, scrambled eggs were runny, pancakes and hash browns were burnt. Service was ok, but the food quality was poor. The manager was in a t shirt and baseball cap, picking his teeth while standing behind the register. Ewww

1/31/16 second time being here. People are very curteous friendly and they even greet you!! Our family has been here twice for breakfast they are fast! Can't say the same for the one located in Irving On W airport freeway. No greeting just asked " did y'all just get here" (smh) We actually drove there first for breakfast "today" and they sat us at the table right away but took 15 min before I had to bring it up to their attention that no one had taken our order or drinks. Place was not busy at all like it usually is...We left.
We decided to drive all the way to Arlington (we live in Irving) and came here... (By the way Krystal was our waitress very friendly and polite.)

Literally the worst Dennys experience ever..staff was joking around. Food took forever and came out cold. Will never go back. Family of five wasn't cheap either.. Grrr. Do not go here.
