It is usually not crowded and you get your meal fairly quickly.

I have been going to Denny's and IHOP for years, and Never had any trouble exchanging one item on a plate for something different. Went there for breakfast, just did not want to eat pancakes. I asked to switch to toast, they would not do it. The waitress said No. and I asked for the Manager- sometimes managers want to please the customer to make a sale, but she said No too. My brother and I got up and walked out- went to Grandy's across the street- they have a breakfast buffet and we can eat what we want.

The waiter was very polite, but you could tell he didn't have much experience. I got the club sandwich, but the bread was stale and my mother's bacon was a bit stale as well. Very attractive setting for the part of town we were in, though.
