Denny's, Fort Worth, Texas, American Restaurant Details

Food:

If I could give lower stars I would. It is not Denny's, it is this location! From the painstaking process of trying to get anyone to answer the phone for a take-out order (rather not dine-in because of super slow service)to the flat out poor customer service. It is just a half-assed establishment as far as service is concerned.
I have been many times over the years, usually out of desperation for some breakfast and NEVER have I been shocked at the prompt service that gets it right without missing some detail or just not being molasses slow!

Food:

We waited a really long time for our food. The manager came out and explained he only had one working fryer.. Understandable. But when it came to the check he charged me for my kids meals when its posted on the window kids eat free Mondays n Tuesdays.. He said it was only Mondays n Wednesdays.. Smh.

Food:

Servers are nice but slow. Because one te me and family went there for breakfast and we ordered we waited then our food came but my mom's toast did not come so they went back to make it took them a long time so we just paid and left.

I have been here a handful of times hoping the experience would change but it does not. Forever to get a table and the waitress almost forgets about you the rest of your visit. I only came this last time because IHOP was packed but regret not waiting there. They definetly need to rotate the staff and maybe new management.

12/25/15 Christmas Day. It's not even busy. We wait 30 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order. We wait another 30 minutes only for a waiter to come back and say that our order hadn't been printed. We order our food again. Waited about another 30 minutes and ordered our food again. After that we had to wait another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Never again will I go to Denny's.
