Food:

I went here last night pretty late. It was like 11:30. The waitress was okay. But it took almost an hour to get our food. With very little people there. I orders the grand slamwich
Some of my eggs were green the sandwich its self wasn't even warm. Then my gradparents for spaghetti plate, there nootles were like dry i guess you could say then they asked with more of the sause and didn't get it. My grandma had to go stand at the kitchen door to get it. We didn't get out of there till 1.

Food:

It's a hit or miss here. Last time I went with my family of 6 and got bad service. Waitress only checked on us once and after an eternal wait, our food was brought out (barely warm and some plate's eggs undercooked), only for my mom's plate to be missing. She said she was going to get it and 10 mins later nothing. 15 mins, nothing. After 20mins I called for her attention because even hadn't even bothered checking on us since then and she told us it was still cooking. After 25 or 30mins of waiting for her food, she finally got it, only to be have the wrong eggs. After I told her, she brought out the same dish, but with correct eggs, no less than 5mins later. I thought that dish took over 20mins to "cook"? I had to call her over twice afterwards for refills because we were oblivious to her apparently.
There is a waiter that my mother and brother have gotten that they love. I don't know his name but he's a bald young gentleman and he was serving the table next to us with a party of 12 and the difference in service was noticeable! He even checked in on us once too, I suppose from the looks of frustration as we waited for our server to remember us. Both of them had other tables, but the man was definitely the more attentive server to his tables.
But the service isn't the only thing this location needs improvement on. Many of their dishes have been so overused and need desperate updating. Cups have chips on edges or are roughed up from constant use. Plates also have chips in them. I understand the family environment, but c'mon.

Food:

Well my experience were terrible on Danny's of on 635 and north west hayway starting d waiting were about 40 mnts just to take my order another 30 mnts to have my food on the table well half of it and the plase wasn't busy at all they forgot to bring drinks no dishware to end they make mistakes over mistakes and they blame on dishwashers W5F with the good service these restaurant just to have before and d only one to blame here is there manager for having such-bad servers I'm totally no coming back here no more

Food:

Used to be awesome. Now waitresses complaining about not being tipped when I never even got 1 refill! I tip well for good service I don't tip if I get no service. They have a handful of amazing servers but most aren't any good and are still allowed to keep their jobs. Sitting in booths smoking instead of doing their jobs. I was a regular who spent hundreds a month here, now I just don't go unless mr. Jim is waiting tables. Mr. Jim is one of their amazing servers.

Food:

The service was great. Our server, Rika, was extremely nice, and attentive, despite being super busy. She kept a smile on her face, she took our order and kept checking on us while our food was being prepared. The food was good and hot. The only thing I didn't like was the grits because the were watery. Rika exchanged my grits for hash browns, and everything was fine. I will go back, and hopefully we will get Rika as our server.
