Denny's, Hialeah, Florida, American Restaurant Details

Food:

Establishment was clean, staff was nice. The customer service was very poor and 3 out of 7 meals were burnt. I had to tell the waitress that my husband was missing his pancakes, he didn't get them til the end of the meal. And my father did not receive his rye toast til the end also, although not as pressing he does like to incorporate it into his meal. Overall not enjoyable at all. When I pointed out my omelet was burnt they gave me grits and eggs because I did not want to wait for a whole new omelet as my family was almost done eating but they had the audacity to still charge me for the omlette I did not eat at the end of the meal. Never going back here one of the worst Denny's I've ever been to

I have to agree with previous reviews about the service being very slow they definitely need either new management or more staff waited about 35m to get served and about 10m standing in the register to pay the only reason i came to this one is because the other one i usually go to was being renovated and the gave me coupon 20% off but after all i wasn't surprised this is normal in Hialeah...

By far the worst dennys i have ever been to the wait to b seated took forever afterwards it took 25 minutes for someone to get us drinks not to mention take our order than getting our food also took a long time and despite the fact that the order was wrong everything was cold im never one to send food back but ill never come back here again

Today is a double D Day! Disaster at Dennys.

10 min to sit, 15 min to order, 30 min to get food incorrectly.

We ordered coffee, glass of water and hush puppies before food. We ordered ultimate skillet with no mushrooms & santa 'fe skillet, We got the Santa 're and a sausage skillet which we did not order, I had to get up and let her know we didn't order this. She then brought the ultimate skillet but with mushrooms. Then she forgot the water and hush puppies. The hostess is seating people and cleaning tables, the waitresses have to many tables. Completely understaffed, food really greasy, mayday mayday going down!!!!

I had to wait for one hour to have a simple meal. Is Hialeah.... All is awful here
