DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! EVERY TIME I HAVE GONE TO DENNYS, THERE HAS BEEN AN OVERDOSE AND AN AMBULANCE PRESENT. NOT SURE IF PANCAKES, OR ACCIDENT.

What a terribly run establishment this is! I called and ordered food here today to pick up.. when I showed up, they told me my order was not even cooked yet. Because they messed up and wrote down the wrong phone number , so of course they could not call me back to confirm the amount and to verify a phone number. This is Denny's new way of getting customers who call and don't pick up their orders.. I am kind of lost as to what this new technique will be solving. ???????
Anyway, so the order was not cooked till I got there and to top it off the KID that is working the register starts laughing at the fact that it was not cooked until I showed up. That is all that is running the place .is kids. who are clearly unprofessional. AND the manager just looks at me with a "deer in headlights" look. WOW…………………………………………..

Today we went and had lunch for Christmas. Our server Jennifer was amazing. The food and service were great. Thanks Jennifer for bringing the Christmas spirit to our lunch on such a busy day at your restaurant. We were there at about 12:15. I hope the management provides awards or recognition to servers who go above and beyond...Jennifer thanks again...
