Food:

The service & hospitality at this location is HORRIBLE! It will take them 40mins to take your order and then and 1hr for your food to come out... Its often your order will be wrong or they will forget something you ordered with your meal. Whoever is managing this Denny's needs to fix this ongoing issue.

Food:

DO NOT GO! We were robbed in the parking lot while we ate. The manager said they are frequently robbed. They follow you from the airport or they watch you from the parking lot while their friend keeps an eye on you in the restaurant to keep watch. The manager said they use a sparkplug to reverse the magnetification of the window so it's break away. The Oakland cops never came to make a report, we were told to make one on- line even though our laptop had just been stolen from the car. Worst experience ever! My boyfriends luggage was taken so we had to go by him brand new clothes. If you must eat here take your luggage to the hotel first, don't leave anything in the car and park on the street not in the parking lot where you can't see your car.

Food:

I and a large church group visited this Denny's last week (July 15th) and were very disappointed. There was a large conference in the area and Denny's management was made aware of this however when we dined there (late night) there was only 1 cook and 1 server. The hostess was not very pleasant and made a remark that made many in the group uncomfortable. We are not sure exactly what the comment meant (she referred to a policy regarding how Denny's does not discriminate but there was no need for that comment to even be brought up) but it was uncalled for. We waited an incredible amount of time for our drinks and food and when it came it was luke warm. One member of our party did not receive their food until 30 minutes AFTER we ALL had finished eating. The experience was very off-putting and I would not dine here again.

Food:

I give it a 2.5 the wait was a bit long....Food took awhile to be served. I was there for about an hour or so by myself and only got one glass of water. Really need to work on the service there
