This is the worst Dennys I've ever visited.. took forever to be seated but there were several available seats.. the service was very slow.. I kept having to ask for refills on my coffee.. I will never visit this location again and will for sure let everyone know how poor this place is

Have never been so upset with my service that it prompted me to write a review but this topped what I am willing to deal with. OC local born and raised, and since this establishment went through their most recent remodel service has declined so far that it's almost inexcusable unless dying from famine. Yesterday, waited for 35 minutes for a table for two only because the hostess calling the name "Josh" pronounced it "Jeyoush". That is not my name so I will not come when called it. When finally seated we placed an order for chips and salsa, and then the skillet as an entree. 30 minutes no sign of nachos (Or placemats or silverware) until our waiter let us know the order for the nachos was lost. The real treat was when I spoke to the manager TONY and had plans to complain. I only say that because in order to issue a complaint the manager has to actually listen or care. I was cut off every time I opened my mouth. I asked how hard it was to assemble chips and dip and he assured me it was more complicated than I made it seem. He did not understand why I did not want my appetizer served at the same time as my food. When I canceled the chips he smirked and walked away. No apology. He brought our food out and snark okay asked if everything was up to my standards. Everything on the skillet was burned to the bottom, an obvious sign there was no care in cooking the skillet properly.

Stay away until they eventually reboot. This establishment is only successful off of the fact it is the only place open for early morning contractors like myself. I suggest looking through the newspaper they offer at the door for a better place to eat.

Awful service, was not told how long I would have to wait even with an abundance of empty tables still waited 40 minutes and then the food tasted terrible like it was not even cooked

Worst dining experience of my life. We were in OCMD for H2Oi and we went to grab breakfast at Dennys. It took 45 minutes to be seated while there were many empty tables. Our waitress was rude and spoke poor english. When she brought out the food half of a sandwich slid onto the serving tray and she just flipped it right back on infront of us. The food was horrible at best. No flavor and either over or undercooked. It took us 2 1/2 hours to get in and out due to the poor service. I would NEVER return there for breakfast or any meal for that matter.

Set out to find a mom and pop breakfast place in Bethany Beach but it seems most don't open until 8am. Drove to OC...this was the first place open. It was clean and comfortable, not busy (7am weekday)and the food and service was good. The waitress, if anything, was maybe a little over-attentive...I think she liked me. But I can understand that! :)
