Denny's, Reno, Nevada Restaurant Details

i ordered coffee and when the waitress brought it out there's was red lipstick and sticky coffee all over the outside of the mug. This mug was not washed because the lips of the previous person who drank from this mug were perfectly imprinted on the mug. My family and I did not feel comfortable eating there anymore

I am currently at the establishment and I have to say service was the worst! I have been sitting here for fifteen minutes waiting for the server to come by and give me syrup for my now cold pancakes. I had asked him when he brought the plates and he never did. I waited ten minutes just to get my drink refilled. This tatted up server is too busy joking around with the bussed instead of tending to his tables. This is the last time I come here. GET YOU SHIT TOGETHER DENNYS! This bullshit establishment needs to be seriously reviewed and things need to be changed.

I agree with other posts. Poor management and rude staff.

We were seated and when the girl came to ask us for drinks we said we were ready to order. She said the waiter needed to take the order. 10 min later, no waiter. Guy next to us said it will take forever. He was alone and order a meal and it took forever.

We left!
