What this location lacked was poor customer service. It seemed that they didn't have any utensils despite the fact that there was hardly anyone eating there. Perhaps, that would have serve as a clue that the service there would not be great. Furthermore, I noticed that this was the first time that no table paper placemats were provided. We didn't receive a coffee refill. Aside from this, the check took forever to arrive. Our waitress was absent for the most part.

At one point, service was great here. Lately the last two times I've come to this Dennys in particular, service has been horrible.
One time we were waited by a younger girl who had an attitude problem. My drink was only refilled once, and I had to go searching for the waitress to fill my drink. It took so long for my food to come out, 30-40 minutes. It took a long time for us to receive our check, and it was obvious we were finished. Our waitress was else where, and when we politely asked another waitress if we could get our check, she cut us off and said, "hold on.". That was that, we went up ourselves to pay and left no tip. I never am the kind to not leave a tip, but it was that bad.

Today, we went to that Dennys. Thought we'd give it another chance. They were unprepared for the fact that it was Spring Break and were short staffed. Once again it took forever to get our food and refills. We tried to be compassionate towards them being short staffed. As soon as we got our food, 5 minutes later she gives us our check, as if wanting us to leave asap. Our waitress was an older asian looking lady, and she left us w/o attending us for a very long time. We wanted to leave and so we asked for a box from another waitress since ours wasn't around. She clearly saw we had a lot of food there, yet she gave us the smallest box. Again, we asked if we could get a bigger box, she looked at us like she had a problem, and later came back with the bigger box. She didn't bother to answer yes or no. Once again we left the place w/o tipping. I understand they were short staffed, but that's no reason to be rude.

The only nice lady there is an older short lady, but it looks like she works night shifts.
Unfortunately, that's the last time I go to that Dennys.
