Denny's, San Antonio, Texas, American Restaurant Details

Food:

Took forever for a sandwich and a burger. I don't think it takes them more than 40 minutes to make a simple meal.
The server barely came to check on us. And even to get a table it took them a while to sit us down. I have never left a review before but this time I think this place deserves it. Their owner should do something about their management. I'm getting tired of lousy service. I rather pay more for a good restaurant where I know I'll be guaranteed good service.

Food:

Ghetto staff. Tattoo'd up waitresses. The food wasn't hot when it arrived, drinks went dry, and it took the waitress so long to bring me chalula I thought she forgot about it and pretty much ate my meal without it.

I had the club sandwich the bread was burned,the meal was not up to standards,the service was okay. Their is something about this place that is just weird.

Christmas eve it's one of the few places open after coming from seeing lights down town. Kids were hungry so we stoppwd here boys fell asleep on table. the waitress was good even though the wait was soooo long just to b seated, then the drinks took a while, and then the wait on food. Been here since 1015 pm
I soo want to leave but my daughter says the food is coming mom. To b continued

The manager Lori has no control of her employees, sat at the corner rolling utensils in the napkins for over an hour. While employees yelled across the room, one throwing a fork across the back counter. Our waitress was MIA and served us wiltered cold food. If it wasn't for Chris Meier greeting customers at the door, attending his tables and ours plus he was cashier too
