Denny's, San Bernardino, California, American Restaurant Details

My wife and I have been coming here for years, the staff, especially Danny, Jennifer, Wendy and all three Brian are the best and make us feel right at home. Food is generally very good and unless very busy, like the weekends, promptly served. It's true the late night staff sucks. Just kidding

I would have to say the worse place ever for service. I went in with my husband, and daughter there was no one there to greet us, nor did they acknowledge us, they walked by saw us, but nothing. We ended up leaving and going to IHOP!

I honestly don't understand what all these bad reviews are about. I came in around 13:00 and was seated right away. ordered my food and had it out in front of me in less than 10 minutes, properly cooked. Brian, the waiter, was super friendly and on his A game not just for me. but everyone else in the place also. didn't have to ask for a refill once nor did he let my water touch the bottom of the glass before he brought another one. This guy is going to get Dennys more customers just cause of the service. Food was absolutely amazing also. and for all ya truckers out there, truck parking across the street. bobtail parking in the lot. keep em rollin!

OK so we arrived at this location at 12:20 and guess what not one server came to our table waited for 20 minutes and nothing , I was so mad because I had my kids with my and of course they were hungry , so I had to get up and ask to speak to a manager wich was not pretty at all , honestly I was so pissed off that I kind of went over my head but he did apologize and we got are food very quick , kind of felt bad for him , anyways food is good just the service they can do so much better.. Preston is the managers name he's very polite and friendly, thank you so very much to him.

I have to say, the night staff here is absolutely HORRIBLE. The food was good, so kudos to the cook, but the other staff just sucks. I had an empty glass sitting at the end table for over 15 minutes which I believe is unacceptable, and besides that our waitress just seemed so full of herself and would not come over to check on us besides one time.

I now know to stick to morning/afternoon staff shifts as the place is A LOT more lively with the inclusion of Dan, who's the best person working at this Denny's location.

If you're looking for a GOOD Denny's around 9PM to 10PM I urge you to find another.
