Denny's, Tulsa, Oklahoma Restaurant Details

Food:

The best thing I can say about our visit is the waiter. I ordered the pot roast and what I got was an open roast beef sandwich. There was no vegetables in it at all except the mashed potatoes underneath. The menu states it should have celery, carrots. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter he took it to his manager and she said there's nothing she could do about it that they are prepackaged meals so it's good to know that Denny is not home cooked food that they are prepackaged meals so the waiter was the best thing I can say about about my trip to Denny's today I ordered the pot roast and when I got it what I got was in open roast beef sandwich and head none of the vegetables in it whatsoever when I brought this to the attention of the waiter he took it to his manager and she said there's nothing she could do about it that they are pre packaged to meals so its good to know that Denny's is not home cooked food that they are pre packaged meals the waiter was the best thing I can say about about my my trip to Dennys today. We have always enjoyed Denny's very much but will not be returning to this particular Denny's because of mainly number one the managers customer service skills and if Denny's does not get her out of there soon theywill probably lose more custom.

Not bad most of the time, but the waitress actually asked me if I was going to tip her last time. I always tip, and good especially if the service was on par. But please don't ask me to tip you! I do like the food though

The waiter was very nice. Prompt but didn't hover. Mantrell was the name of the waiter.

Surprisingly great
Im not too keen on Denny's since the ones in my hometown dont have the best food or service. But we decided to go there since its by our hotel we stayed at. The waitresses Ify was the best. She was polite, helpful and only worked there 3 months. I thought longer since she was so nice and never let our drinks run dry, even though all we drank was water. Brought enough napkins and removed our dirty plates without coming back too frequent. I ordered the double burger was delish however when it came with the wrong fries, she said no worries let me have those and went back to get me seasoned fries. No complaints from our table at all! Even friendly staff and we're from California. The bathrooms weren't the best and the carpet flooring needs to be tighten again. I tripped on ripple of the carpet leaving the restroom.
Overall we had a pleasant time.

Food:

Went here for Christmas breakfast with family. Will say that it's sucky they were open on Christmas morning, but regardless our treatment was unacceptable. We sat down for 30 minutes without so much as a drink order. Finally we asked what was going on, they said none of the waitresses picked up the table. So you just let us sit there for 30 minutes because no one felt like it? Before this my experiences were ok but this overshadows those.
