Food:

The nachos were tasty but everything else was either okay or terrible. My Michelada was only plain tomato juice and had no spice to it - Needless to say I only had one and moved on to beer. My wife returned her brisket tacos as she said the meat tasted old and cold; she just ate chips and salsa for the rest of the meal. My mexican shrimp cocktail (while okay) had no spice at all! When I asked the server if they had yucateco/cholula/tapatio he answered no; only Tabasco which was never brought to my table even after asking for it twice. Our server was terrible and hardly checked up on us, so I gave the tip directly to the bus boy as he was very nice and attentive. While their target market might enjoy this place, I probably won't come here again.

Amazing place. Great atmosphere. My server, Daniel, could use some tableside work. But he was sweet and got my food out quick and hot. I would be returning.

I have been coming here for over 4 years now. It started because they have the best Margaritas and they're on special on Wednesdays. But I have yet to try anything that was less than delicious! Their fajitas are a staple in my diet lol. The desperado tacos are amazing! I used to eat Mexican food at a few places around Dallas now it's almost pointless to go anywhere else. I haven't eaten any other Mexican food for over 2 years, there's just no point it's that good. The quality of the food and the atmosphere is superb! They are a bit crowded at times but that's to be expected with the great service and taste of the food. I mean even if you just want a hamburger it is delicious! The owner and his sons take time to get to know their regulars and several of the servers are great too. This is my favorite restaurant! I love bringing friends here!

Worst Tex-Mex meal I have had in a long while. I ordered the Thursday lunch special guizo, a misspelling of guiso. The meal served was not even close to a Mexican stew. It was an overly salty gravy with fajita meat and two bits of potato. This one dish made up my mind to never return.

The staff was attentive and courteous. The food was good with very good flavor. The drinks were great! One of my new favorite places!
