The food and wine are fine, but the attention is very bad. We reserved a table for 14 people from the office and we were treated very rudely when we arrived 15 (the table was even bigger, no it should be no problem).

Good happy hour for both prices and selection of items

We were excited to come check this place out given the good reviews, but we were not impressed, mostly because of the poor service. Our waiter didn't seem to care that we were there. The glasses of wine didn't seem too unreasonable (they have a very nice selection), but the cheeses were all $5/oz ($80/lb) - I can buy some insanely good cheeses for less than half that price elsewhere.

Cool place, but I wasn't digging the atmosphere either. Felt like every table could hear what every other table was talking about.

I'll find a different means of satisfaction next time I have a hankering for French wines and cheeses.

Excellent and creative Italian food (I'm Italian native). Wine list that will please everyone and atmosphere that reminds me of being in Europe. Also, I liked and appreciated the service that was not condescending. Too many restaurants these days tend to believe that guests are some kind of food and wine uneducated morons.

Bad service is one thing, but I've never had anything quite like what my wife and I had to deal with last Saturday. The lady who was our waitress, I believe her name was Karli, was entirely and utterly disrespectful to my wife, and myself, and our marriage. She literally touched me in some way every single time she came by our table. Hand on my shoulder, on my back, or my arm. She intentionally brushed parts of herself against me when she went by. She then proceeded to degrade my wife. My wife asked her what gnocchi was, while pointing at the PASTA dish under the PASTA portion of the menu. The waitress responds with “It's pasta......" and says nothing else. Are you serious? Is that a normal response? She was deliberately trying to make my wife feel stupid. She then "forgets" to bring my wife her drink, for the entire meal. All of this crap was directed at making my wife feel like crap. Why you ask? My wife and I feel like we have a very good understanding of why. As a man, I can say I've never felt sexually harassed before. This felt A LOT like that. If someone from this establishment would like to contact me to discuss the matter, I'd be happy to elaborate further.
