Great greasy fast food. Burgers are like McDonald's burgers, but better. They also make a great chocolate shake. Service was very fast. Downside is that there is nowhere to sit down to eat... no tables or chairs (maybe obvious to some people by the title "drive-in", but would still be nice to have some place to sit.

I wish that they would accept credit cards, but it would slow them down. Incredibly fast service, good food at a great price. Grab a bag of Dick's!

Fast good and they say it's 100% real beef ha ha it's a local fast food favorite but I wouldn't label it under fast food it's a small chain and of its own in Seattle area . Good milk shakes crushed ice in sodas is my personal favorite the fries u either love them or hate them quick service about as quick as it comes watch them work through window no drive through just drive up

A Classic Piece of Americana

Cash-Only, No Substitutions.

The prices have gone up, but unlike with McDonald's, the product remains the same. This is the first Dick's Drive-In ever opened. I argue it's the best one (the burgers are consistently better here).

Dick's is a Seattle staple -- founded and created by one of the nicest business owners who ever lived (who just recently passed away). Employees are paid a fair wage (starting at $13, in 2016), are given health coverage benefits, and can receive money towards college.

What's sad is: not even trained chefs get that. So in a scummy food service industry, ripe with exploitation, Dick's is a shining example of how things used to be and should be again.

Definitely stop here and grab a Dick's Deluxe (or two) for about $3.10 if I'm not mistaken.

The Deluxe is sort of like Seattle's Big Mac; the perfect combination of mayo with relish and crispy lettuce, smeared over a grilled bun, sandwiching two - slightly sweet and salty - crispy beef patties with melted American "cheese".

The hand-cut fries are hit or miss. The milkshakes, though small, are pretty decent as well.

Dick's is the place you go to feel ashamed, but leave feeling patriotic.

Quick, cheap, tasty fast food goodness. Great staff that are friendly and quick. Have heard much about the amazing opportunities offered to staff. Occasionally they run out of product for the day
