Dick's Last Resort, Gatlinburg, Tennessee Restaurant Details

Food:

Went to Dick's on a family vacation. Waited about 30 minutes outside to get a table only to have our party of 8 crammed in with two other large groups of people. The table was very dirty, and I know the waiters are supposed to be rude but they were very vulgar, despite us having a child under ten at our table our table there were a lot of sexual jokes made by our waiter. The prices were very high and the food wasn't really worth the cost. The people at our table attempted to share food and the waiter basically refused to allow them to, saying the portions were too small. He outright lied about the size of one meal so the people who were ordering would get separate meals. They offered the kids at our table blue sprite and strawberry lemonade in novelty cups which we thought were included in the price of the food, but no, when we got the bill, each cup was FOURTEEN DOLLARS. For the eight people at our table to eat, the bill was over two-hundred and fifty dollars. I know the hats they make seem cool, but they have rude (and often sexual) comments written about the wearer on them. Save your money and eat somewhere with nice waiters and good food.

I have no idea what these people are talking about that gave bad reviews. We had an awesome time and yes we did receive hats!! Stifler was our waiter and he was great. Our teenagers loved it!!! Highly recommend for anyone that has a good sense of humor. It was pricey but well worth it!!!

Do NOT go to this restaurant. After waiting a hour to get seated, what we thought was supposed to be sarcasm was nothing but pure rudeness! Our waitress was very rude to the point it wasn't funny. For a place as expensive as this you'd expect a little more then what you're getting. And the place was filthy! I would not recommend this Dick's to anyone. Someone needs to explain the difference in sarcasm and rudeness to the entire staff.

Food:

I had a one star but I change it to 5! At first I was afraid to go because of the reviews that I read but we went ahead and went anyways(Pigeon Forge). We had a ball!! The food is expensive, but it was good. The bad service was all in fun and I must admit, they do warn you before you enter. If you don't have a sense of humor then I'd suggest you don't go.

THE WORST DICK"S LAST RESORT EVER. I've been to Dick's multiple times before this and enjoyed my experience and was looking forward to the sarcasm and entertainment, however, that was the opposite of what we got. We received no "hats" or the fun service you typically find at a dick's. The food was unbelievably overpriced, with incredibly small portions of food. We walked into the floor completely covered in trash. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.
