09/15/2015 2:01 pmGreat hotel! Very kid friendly. Great service. They definitely don't want you spending time in your room, very minimal TV options, even for the kids and mediocre room service food. All in all great stay!!! |

04/12/2015 11:18 pmHad a great experience with my Son and Grandchildren. Room was clean and well keep. DONT EAT IN THE RESTURANT, THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GOT. We stayed over spring break, a little crowded, but had fun. |

04/01/2015 11:39 pmI had the best Disneyland experience ever! Every single cast member was amazing! The breakfast buffet at Surf"s Up Restaurant topped it off when we were leaving the hotel. Definitely going back again! :) |

08/29/2014 6:28 pmDidn't stay there, but had a "surprise package" sent to a friend. The package made it there a few days before, I called and they assured me that it wold be given to guest at check in. My friend made it there, checked in and I didn't hear anything about my package. I called again and said it was in the safe or whatnot and that the guest would have to come with their ID to pick bit up (ruining said surprise). I said it was supposed to have been given to them at check in. They said they would be more than happy to deliver it to the room- for a charge. My then good demeanor turned a bit nasty as I had been told the week before that this was not going to be any trouble or any issue. They said they could just waive the fee "just this time." A few hours later and nothing has been heard from friend (or hotel) that the package made it. |

10/17/2015 5:33 amDelivering the "magic" at more "moderate prices" than some other Disney-owned resorts, this venue offers "top-notch" staff and "cheerful" rooms done up in an "adorable" beach theme – some of them with views over the nightly World of Color show; despite being on theme park property, it's still a "bit of a hike" (about half a mile) to the parks' front gates, but on the plus side there's a "super" rooftop pool, so most agree it's a "kid-friendly", "fun-filled" choice. |
