Really great staff combined with really great food. Most appreciative of everything. Thank you!

Went for an event in "the vault" and had a limited menu, but the crab cake sandwich was incredible, as was the house cornbread. The service was great, and if the atmosphere of the rest of the restaurant is even half as nice as where we ate, it's lovely place to share a meal.

I'll be frank here, all the people saying the service was bad is a very subjective opinion. I ate here tonight and absolutely loved my server, Eyosef, and thought he was absolutly delightful. He didn't rush us, got all of our orders correct and was extremely polite. The food was beyond delicious. Being a steak aficionado, I have had steak all over the globe and have found that this place makes the best bone-in ribe eye I have ever tasted! The meat was juicy, not too tender, and perfectly seasoned! Delicious! I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a fine dining experience (and giagantic onion rings (yea, I had those too)).

Wouldn't recommend this place, even though the food was good.

Our party of 3 came in around 3pm on a Friday so the restaurant wasn't busy at all. We were sated almost immediately. We had up wait as for the staff to move a ladder out from in front of the main entryway.

The atmosphere here was very nice, the food was good, but the service was really bad, (i mean really bad). The staff seemed friendly but confused.

We ordered our drinks (2 beers and a coke and a round of water). The water and coke came in about 10 minutes and the waitress said she was still waiting on the bartender for the beer. About 5 minutes later we were informed that the beer we wanted was unavailable. After about 10 more minutes our beer finally came but was the wrong one. Another 5 minutes we finally got the right drink order. Our food went to the wrong table.

We asked for a refill for the coke, the glass was taken but we didn't see our waitress until it was time for the check. I overheard the next table discussing the same concerns about poor service. I didn't even get a chance to tell the waitress that the glass my beer came in was broken.

Anyway we were ready to leave so we asked for the check to be split and the waitress had no clue what we even ordered. All across the board, the waitress, bartender, and kitchen staff really failed to impress when it came to service.

Here on business; looked nice. One would think that at a place with these prices they would offer better service. Our server forgot multiple drinks, got drink orders wrong, etc. She continuously walked away while we were trying to talk to her. I will not stop here next time I am in d.c.
