I'm sure Doc Holliday loves the fact that they called a bar after him and then created a silly cartoon of him that looks like Yosemite Sam to promote the place. Doc's used to be a pretty cool, little hole in the wall especially with Carmen the bartender and then Ashley after her. Now it's just a hole in the wall with a few folks blowing through. It was actually never that popular, but now every time I check it out I try to leave before the bartender sees me, because there's only two or three people there. A female bartender can truly make a break a bar, and it's no mystery why more people graduating from bartending school are female, especially young, cute ones. There used to be a time when bartending was considered a male domain because women supposedly knew nothing about cocktails and only drank wine. Now women drink shots, cocktails, martinis, and beer. In fact, I see more women drinking shots than guys these days. Guys suck on beers all night long.
