We always have a good experience at the Ardene location. I especially like the online order live status update.

Food:

We ordered two pizzas online for pickup and they made a mistake. The mixed up which pizza was supposed to have a thin crust and which was supposed to have the hand tossed crust. Not a big deal. On their online order it asks if they got it right so I filled it out. All positives except for the question about if it was correct. I was very surprised to get a call from the manager later in the evening to apologize about the mistake. Great customer service seems like a thing of the past these days but Domino's definitely impressed me tonight.

I've been trying to call them for a delivery and they just hang up the phone every time I say, "Hello??" I'm filing a complaint. I had to place an online order in order for them to answer me and when I called ONCE again to confirm my order they ANSWERED THE PHONE. It's a bunch of teenagers avoiding my delivery call so that they don't have to work. It's 10 pm on Sunday, November 8th if you'd like to know which punks were in there declining my call. I just ended up cancelling my order because I didn't trust them to not spit in my food. Nice going Dominos. I will never order from you again. And you'll get a complaint filed tomorrow morning. Thanks.

I ordered a pizza with some salami as a topping, but they ran out so they called me and gave me some free food on my order. Awesome customer service and great food!

Food:

Howard is a great guy, we play volleyball together every sunday and he brings me pizza. Its always crunchy and full of garlic-y goodness. And he always gives me a metric crapton of bacon on my pizza. #Domnomnominos.
