Domino's Pizza, Arlington, Texas, Pizza Restaurant Details

My order was completely wrong and when I spoke with a woman manager she stated that my next meal was free. I called back in and the girl who answered the phone said there is no credit and that she can do nothing about that. Worse service from a pizza place I have ever had!!!!

It is getting very hard to find decent Pizza....

I placed my order online.

- The website stated that the store was closed and it was not. I had to call store to confirm that they were open.
- I had to request the receipt after paying for the pizzas in the store.
- The toppings were very Sparse, each slice of pizza had about One roasted red peeper slice and Two onion slices.
- Too much flour was used, the bottom of the crust was very grainy, and it felt like sand.
- The order was incorrect.
I requested no garlic butter sauce on both pizza crusts via "special instructions" online. However, I was told that they were used to applying the garlic butter sauce and they accidentally added it to my order
I had to wait for one pizza to be re-made,
while the second pizza cooled off.
And, I was not even offered any compensation.

I will not be going back to Dominos 3/12/2016.

Ordered online. Upon arrival no body to be seen. Pizza was on rack getting cold. Waited a few minutes and yelled for help. They cut pizza into squares, not pizza slices. Got home and product was almost inedible. No more Domino's for me from any location.

Used to have 0 issues ordering from this location - then I was called 1 night and told they do not deliver to my area after dark, inviting me to pick up the order. Told them to cancel/refund it. Literally a minute after I get off the phone - I receive a call from a different number, asking if I was willing to wait up to an hour for my order. Informed them I already canceled my order. It would seem that management needs to get their ducks in a row. Either way, I won't be ordering in the future.

After ordering from this location at least once a month for over a year they decided they would no longer deliver to me after dark. So after receiving a phone call after my online order I was told I would need to drive up there and pick it up. When I got home I realised that not only were both of my pizzas incorrect but one of them was not even cooked all the way and was a runny inedible mess. Will never order from this place again.
