Domino's Pizza, Aurora, Colorado, Pizza Restaurant Details

Food:

i bought the mango hanbenero wings and when i ate it, there was a hair in it. A HAIR!!!!! it was gross. won't be eating here again for a long time

ordered here 3 times in the last month, probably shouldn't admit, but it has been great each time...very quick delivery and the pizza is a vast improvement over the 'old' Dominoes...love the thin crust and the Brooklyn crust...enjoy

Food is always great. This time had a service issue. The kid at the counter was super friendly but completely incompetent. He took my money and then was so focused on pushing some short survey on me that he didn't grab my pizzas. After he worked with a few more customers he went back to check on my pizza and said it would be a few more minutes. After another few customers he still couldn't find it. I told him the app told me it was ready more than 10 minutes ago... And then he took my receipt and eventually found it. There were several people just standing around and no one was bothering to help the other customers in the store. On the plus side I learned some patience and got to answer a few emails.

The pizza was great, but their attitude sucks. Complained about misleading prices/choices on a coupon. When the owner called, all he was interested in was if the food was good. Obviously wasn't interested in customer service. Arrogance for sure, big corporation. What do we matter? Won't order from them again.

Generally I have no issues with this store. Food has been good and delivery on time. However, this time I placed an order on June 7 for delivery. The food arrived on time (longer than typical) and was alright. The issue was payment. What I wrote on the credit slip (bill + tip) was not what showed up on my bank statement. I am very specific at remembering these amounts. I called to discuss with the manager. They asked me to call back stating the manager was too busy. Sorry, but this store and dominos in general has lost a customer for life.
