Domino's Pizza, Clearwater, Florida, Pizza Restaurant Details

Its 11:30 A/M. I have been trying to call them for over 50 minutes for a large lunch time order and they are not answering their phone. I called the other Dominoes in the area and they are not sure why they would not be answering.

I never take the time out to write a review, so you know I must be really frustrated in order to write something like this. I had a friend over and we were ordering pizza, so we asked to split the charges, by giving a card over the phone and then paying with cash at the door. We were told it would be no problem and I gave over the card number. I pay the driver the cash when he gets here and he knocks on the door 5 minutes later to let me know I'm missing half of the charge. I explained to him that we paid the other half with a card over the phone and he goes back to his car and drives away. I then get another call from the driver, saying he spoke with the manager and that they never received the number. I gave the driver the name of the person I spoke with on the phone and he apologized and said he could come back for more cash. However, that was not how I wanted to pay for the pizza. The whole POINT was to split the cost. I also had some place to be and did not have time to wait. So I call the store back and talk to another person who puts me on hold and has me explain it to yet another person… none of these people are managers. I am told they close at midnight and I can drive by and pay off the remaining balance then. So I was inconvenienced by having to pay the whole bill (rather than splitting it) and driving all the way there when it was supposed to be a delivery. All I could get was sorry about that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will be sticking with Pizza hut from now on. Reading the other reviews I came across one that says they gave someone a free drink and did not charge them for their meal, for running late… and yet they did not even have the decency to let me speak with a manager? Is this the same store?

These guys are awesome. They are good natured and totally into their job. Always a pleasure ordering from them.

I loved this Domino's location. 3 weeks ago, I placed an order to my apartment at Madison Place. My order was delayed and the site called me to advise me the delivery was going to be late. To Compensate for the delay, the store offered to add a drink to my order for free, then a few minutes later, the call again and advised me that my next order will be at, no charge to me. Every order I place is done right & I will ALWAYS rely on this site for my pizza order!! Thank you Domino's.

I wish my wife liked Domino's. I rarely get to enjoy their pizza. When I do order from here, I always have prompt, accurate service and my pizza is always at my door earlier than their quoted timeframe.
