The last 3 times we've ordered from this location we have had to cancel our order cause they take over an hour of the estimated time they give. Not once have they apologized. Rude staff and management.

i have been on hold for 30 minutes and the girls talked so fast that i do not know what she said. The old manager was great after he left nothing good has happened this one is located on 49 and east 4th ave new to Vicky Bakery.

I'm a online customer and I ordered a Pizza on 02/04/2015 at 1:40 pm from store located at 437 East 49th st. Hialeah Fl. 33013 the online site notified me when the delivery was on the way. Well the Pizza never got to my location, Which is Miami Dade College North Located at 11380 NW 27th Ave Mia. Fl. 33167, due to the fact that I was waiting out side in the parking area with my phone, just in case they call me. I called after waiting about 25-30 min. and I was informed that the order was still there in the store and that it was going out as we spoke. I was told that they where going to call me when the driver arrived. Well once again the Pizza never arrived, nor a call from the store. I called back for the 2nd time and spoke to a gentlemen. I explained to him the situation and he apologized for the accrued, then he informed me that he was going to have a fresh one sent to me and that he was going to call me when it was on it's way, The employee confirmed my phone number as we spoke. Once again no Pizza or phone call. I waited & waited finally I called and the employee informed me that the driver had left for the day and that the order was cancelled. I don't think that this action that was taken is exceptionable from any Domino"s Pizza franchise. I have been a customer for quite a while and I'm vary discouraged... I don't recommend this to ever happen to any other customer of yours.

Insultingly poor customer service. We ordered three pizzas carryout from this Dominoes. Had great difficulty getting the order through to the staff even though I'm bilingual. When we arrived they could not at first find the pizzas and when several minutes later they did, the cashier loomed over the signing of the bill looking to see if we had included a tip for our carryout "service"--we definitely didn't. When we then asked for red peppers and parmesan they claimed that they didn't have any. I've ordered from Dominoes hundreds of times in the past, but I will NEVER order from Dominoes Pizza again.
