Domino's Pizza, Kansas City, Missouri Restaurant Details

This place is horrible!!! I've waited over 3 hrs for my food. When I called to check on the status the person I spoke with was argumentative and hung up on me after placing me on "hold" after a second. I will never give this place my money again!

I have been extremely impressed. With the taste of their pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. Delivery was awesome, would highly recommend.

I order a two pizzas and they messed up on my order. So i called and the offer me two choose one was a new pizza and the other was a credit for a large pizza. When i call they act like it never happen since i picked the credit. Dont go to this store. Because they will mess up your order and will not help. Go to pizza hut.

Ordered a Alfredo, feta, spinach pizza with chicken and mushrooms. It was delivered with no chicken or mushrooms. We called back immediately after ordering to let the management know that we didn't receive what we ordered and were charged for and the manager told us that they were out of grilled chicken and mushrooms. Domino's charge us for the toppings that they didn't have and delivered the pizza anyway, without letting us know, or asking if we would like to substitute toppings. To their credit the manager offered a free pizza on our next order in compensation for blatantly lying to us, and charging us for more than we were given. That's all good. I try calling back a few weeks later to redeem my pizza and i'm put on hold for 10 full minutes. I hung up before ever actually getting a hold of someone to take my order. Don't expect good service from this store.

Really awful.... I really want to give this place negative stars, but cannot. My story is that I was stupid enough to fall for their marketing campaign. I was sitting at home watching the Royals, and their ¨Brooklyn Style* pizza commercial was aired. After reflecting on fond memories of eating Dominos during college years (different location all together, of course) I decided to give it a try. The commercial says the Brooklyn Style is cut into 6 pieces for big slices that fold in your hand. What a joke. The slices barely fit into my hand, the pizza sauce was rancid, the toppings were disgusting, and the uneaten pizza quickly found the bottom of the trash...but not before I took some pictures to send with my comments to corporate. Corporate was efficient in replying. Basically they said the location is a franchise, and they forwarded my comments and information to the owner who would get back to me directly. Yep, you guessed it. Of course that did not happen. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place. It will only serve to ruin any memories you may have from better times. My stomach still hurts thinking about it, and this happened in late Spring. Just gross.
